“A shuttered golf course next to DuPage Airport is teed up to become a big industrial project after being sold to a developer looking to cash in on surging demand for warehouse space.
A venture of Bartlett-based Greco/DeRosa Investment Group this month paid nearly $11.3 million for the 86-acre Pheasant Run Golf Course in west suburban St. Charles, according to Greco/DeRosa Principal Ron DeRosa, whose group is planning to redevelop the site with an industrial park as large as 1.5 million square feet.”
